Weight Loss Escapades....

Well with January has come a Resolution of Sorts to lose weight. I have gained weight since I have started teaching. I think it has been a whole combination of things, new job stress, life stress etc. A lot of things have happened over the last three years and it I believe has all helped me to pack on the pounds. So I have decided to get back on the weight loss wagon that I have fallen off and start losing!!
I started weight watchers again, and I am hoping I can stick with it this time! my incentive and hopefully motivation is that I am getting married this summer and want to look HOTT!! : ) it's also time...I hate looking at my skinny pants in my closet ...I refuse to buy new pants..I have pants in there that I can wear if I lose 15 lbs...so here now you all can hold me to it. I will try and post how i am doing.
I lost 1 lb last week. Pretty sure this week is a write off as I am on having girl issues and eating everything in site.....but I will get back on the horse next week and be really careful again!! So hold me to it.....weight loss it is!!

You GO Steph! I know you can do it! I too am on a health kick and have given up my beloved Coke and Wunderbar! Ugh! I allow myself to eat them once a week...which I have definitely done with the Coke but not one single Wunderbar or McD's since Jan. 1st! YAY ME! If this addict can do it...so can you! I'll be your personal cheerleader!!!

So how did you do this week? I usually lose weight druing "that week" becasue your body is burning more colories just going through the actions. Don't worry - you can do it!!

How are you doing with your points?? I had a hard night last night. The boys had a party with lots of Doritos and Cashew nuts. I had to go lock myself in my room and watch a movie in there so I wouldn't eat it!
